If it's a bad stretch, he will be out for two to three months. The rehab and final build up to match fitness, will take three to four weeks.

Sensible money, too... and he was keen to get back darn sarf too - sounds like a decent deal for the Eagles that...

Honestly thought he was going to have a blinder of a season for us.
Got a season under his belt and now more likely to be played properly rather than wasted like last season.
Certain he'd have been top scorer and first choice striker if he'd have stayed fit.
Hopefully he'll be back soon and can still make a decent contribution.
